We employ professionally skilled trades personnel who are fully trained and certified. Our 13,000 sq.ft facility includes a full CNC production fabrication plant that is well equipped to handle your projects. Additionally, we have a full complement of heavy and technical equipment to complete your project on time and on schedule.

With a strong understanding of sophisticated mechanical control systems, Velocity Mechanical works alongside quality Building Automation firms to insure the system is operating at peak efficiency and as the designer had intended. With the controls system essentially the key to the end user’s comfort, we put a great deal of time to insure this is done right and all systems are tested and commissioned properly.

DESIGN ASSIST / DESIGN BUILD
We work closely with the Engineers and Architects to insure your project comes in on time and in budget, with the most practical and serviceable system available. We will help with product selection, constructability issues and planning, “True Value Engineering”, proper sequencing, and coordination with all trades.
BIM
This service is a great way to eliminate wasted time and cost on your project, from clash detection to pre-fabrication material. Our experience will assist in keeping conflicts to a minimum before construction begins.
